The importance of brand experience

Thinking about my creations, I love every product that I make so much that sometimes it’s difficult for me to let them go (may be incredible, but true).

This said, if I’m going to let it go, as in “sell a product”, I want the person buying to have a great experience. I seek to deliver a unique brand experience, the same one that I would like when I’m buying a product, or a service.

Attention to detail is crucial here, but also I need to try and put myself in my costumers shoes.
